If you experience technical difficulties while taking an Assessment (e.g., WiFi issues, frozen screen), and you are forced to exit the assessment before completion, you can log back in and resume the assessment at the point where you left off. It is important to note, however, that the clock that is tracking the time limit on the Assessment will continue to run once you start the assessment, even if the you are logged out. Therefore, should return immediately to an assessment after resolving your technical issue.
- If you are forced to exit an assessment before completing it, you will automatically be asked to return to the assessment when you log back in, assuming there is still time remaining on the Assessment clock.
- If the the time expires before you complete the assessment, the attempt on that assessment is automatically submitted for a score.
- Once a score is submitted on an attempt, you must wait for the designated cooling off period to expire before making another attempt, if additional attempts are allowed for the assessment.
