How do I log in for the first time?

Once your account has been setup, you will receive  a welcome email from Stemify with the subject line “You’ve been invited to Stemify!”  This email will have your username, a temporary password, and a link to log in to the platform (https://app.stemify.ai).  

Please note that Stemify is currently optimized for use on the Chrome Browser and can also be used on Firefox.

Begin by clicking on the platform link in your welcome email.  Copy your User Name from the welcome email and paste into the User ID/Email field in the login screen. Next, copy and paste your temporary password from the welcome email into the password field.  Be sure that both the User ID and Temporary Password are copied exactly as they appear in the email.  You will then be asked to create your own unique password.

Please adhere to the following guidelines when creating your password:

• Your password must contain at least one number and be a minimum of 8 characters.
• Your password must include one of these special characters: ^ $ * . [ ] { } ( ) ? " ! @ #
• Your password must include at least one upper and lower case letter

It is a good idea to bookmark this page so you can easily access the platform in the future.
